Mr. Melheim’s business career began with the formation and operation of a successful contracting business in Naples over 25 years ago. Mr. Melheim then served as Manager of Banking Services for Northern Trust Bank and soon thereafter started a new finance company, Lease Resource, Inc. and served as its President during its start-up years. After selling his interest in the Naples finance company in 1992, Mr. Melheim was employed in the investment banking business with a focus on the funding of school and government building projects. His experience in investment banking included eight years with Robert W. Baird & Company in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where he served as Senior Vice President of Public Finance, followed by 6 years with Stifel Nicolaus & Company as Senior Vice President of Wisconsin Public Finance office. At the end of 2005, Mitch retired from his position with Stifel Nicolaus in Wisconsin and returned back to Naples, Florida to serve as President of Randall Mitchell Companies and pursue his lifelong passion for building.
