Randall A. Kurtz
Mr. Kurtz has nearly a quarter of a century experience in the Southwest Florida home building industry.  He currently serves as the President of Kurtz Homes, LLC, a highly regarded high-end luxury custom home builder with a reputation for unparalleled quality and excellence. D. Mitchell Melheim
Mr. Melheim's business career began with the formation and operation of a successful contracting business in Naples over 20 years ago. Mr. Melheim then served as Manager of Banking Services for Northern Trust Bank and soon thereafter started a new finance company, Lease Resource, Inc. and served as its President during its start-up years. Since selling his interest in the Naples finance company 15 years ago, Mr. Melheim has been employed in the investment banking business with a focus on fixed income bond issues. His experience in investment banking included eight years with Robert W. Baird & Company in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where he served as Senior Vice President of Public Finance. After his tenure with Baird, Mitch joined Stifel Nicolaus & Company as Senior Vice President and Manager of their new Wisconsin Public Finance office. He recently retired from his position with Stifel Nicolaus in Wisconsin and returned back to Naples, Florida to serve as President of Randall Mitchell Companies.
